‘Love the Planet’ loves your skin
In the summer months it’s more important than ever to get yourself a really great cleanser – to sweep away the grime of the day and the sunscreen which you’ve been applying (you have been applying it, right?)
Anyway, we’ve just discovered a new cleanser that’s not only amazing for your skin – leaving it feel all tingly and fresh and melting away all trace of makeup – it’s also good for the world in general thanks to the 100% post consumer waste plastic packaging and the lovely natural ingredients.
The cleanser is made using tea tree and lavender essential oils, blended with cocoa butter, jojoba oil, vitamin E and organic aloe vera, and it’s £6.95 from www.lovetheplanet.co.uk.
As well as testing the cleanser, we also had a go of some revolutionary washable cleansing pad, also from Love The Planet. They’re the environmentally friendly alternative to cotton wool because you can simply use them with cleanser, then place in the wash bag (included), wash in the machine and they’re ready to use all over again. We were amazed that even mascara marks washed clean away. The cleansing pads are £6.20 for a pack of five with wash bag.
